Brunches Norwegian style

Just before I write about Alta and the North I've pasted a picture below that shows the scrumptious breakfasts/lunches that Dagfinn and Terje served up every day we were there. It made me think of emigrating....



There were boiled eggs, fresh bread, a really delicious pate, tomatoes, caviar, fish, LOTS of coffee, cucumber, spiced teas, mayonaise, salmon... I know I've forgotten something...
