Hi folks

We are living very transitional lives at the moment. Jamie is at a bbq in Guernsey at the moment with our friend Dodgy Derek, while I am drinking mulled wine (mmmm wine) with my flatmate Michaela in North Wales. However we have managed to plan our lives more than 2 weeks in advance for once. ....

I'm back at the Sea Zoo being the relief cook for 3 days a week. Can't say its made me any better a cook! I'm pretty good at flipping burgers though!

Jamie has found a number of short-term locum jobs - everywhere in the UK. First Durham, then Guernsey, then Scotland, then North Wales, then back to Scotland.

In 10 days time we head to Norway for some fishing and hiking with a friend. We are hoping to see the midnight sun up in northern Norway - fingers crossed.

In mid June we head to Cambeltown in Scotland for 2 months. My mum (Rosie) is going to come and visit us around then as well.

Then our plans get a bit hazy.... there is a trip to Sth America in there somewhere though.

Apparently the last two 'nights' we're up north (16/17th) will be right if the weather's clear. We'll see!
